1. Eligibility:
To participate in the VendHype Affiliate Program, you must be a registered user of the VendHype mobile app. By joining the affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
As a VendHype affiliate, you are responsible for promoting VendHype in a professional and ethical manner. You must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices to generate referrals. Affiliates are solely responsible for any content they create or share when promoting VendHype.
3. Commission Structure:
Affiliates earn commissions for every successful referral they generate through their unique promo code. Commissions are based on qualifying actions completed by referred users, such as listing items for sale or making purchases. The commission rate and qualifying actions are subject to change at VendHype's discretion.
4. Payment Terms:
Commissions earned through the affiliate program will be paid out according to VendHype's payment schedule. Payments will be made via the affiliate's preferred payment method, as indicated in their affiliate account settings. VendHype reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions for any referrals that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Termination:
VendHype reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason. Affiliates may also choose to opt-out of the program at any time by contacting VendHype's affiliate support team.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
VendHype reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or through the VendHype mobile app.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cameroon, and any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Cameroon's arbitration laws.
